INDIANAPOLIS, IND. — Medxcel Facilities Management, an Indianapolis-based healthcare facilities management provider, was recognized today as one of the nation’s most engaged workplaces by a panel of academics and employee engagement experts. The annual award, Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in North America, identifies top employers that display superior leadership and innovation in engaging their workforce.
Since its inception in 2013, Medxcel FM has experienced rapid growth, boasting more than 1,900 employees in 141 healthcare facilities across the nation. “We’re fully convinced the explosive growth we’ve experienced is a direct outcome of giving employees a voice,” said Michael Argir, CEO and President at Medxcel FM.

The award’s 2017 judging panel included representation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Technology Conference and
HRO Today. Judges evaluated each applicant company based on the eight criteria: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision & Values, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
