Safety and emergency management associate spotlights

I've continued to evolve professionally, in a lot of unexpected ways. If you told me eight years ago that I’d be the expert on ligature work, I’d have said “no way.” But doors have opened for me to expand my knowledge base and apply it. 
 

Meet Chelsea! Chelsea is a Safety Officer II for Medxcel in Wisconsin. In her position she is responsible for the Environment of Care Program and sits on the hospital committees for Environment of Care, Safety, and Emergency Management. As a safety professional, Chelsea is responsible for coordinating, collecting, disseminating, and intervening in all areas of safety and is accountable for identifying, preventing, and controlling hazards within the facility. Chelsea works with the customer and the Medxcel compliance team to maintain continuous survey readiness, complying with all regulatory agencies.
