In her role as Medxcel Chief of Staff, Stephanie is responsible for collaborating with the Medxcel leadership team to execute critical business initiatives, navigate and mitigate crises, and bring complex challenges to resolution, ensuring alignment of executive leaders with organizational priorities.

Prior to joining Medxcel, Stephanie held executive administration leadership roles in the healthcare and financial sectors.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Indiana University and is an advisory board member of the Valparaiso University Women in Leadership.
